OFS Capital Management

OFS Capital Management is an asset manager that focuses on providing capital and leveraged finance to US corporations. Via its middle-market business, OFS Capital Corporation, the firm provides senior and junior secured cash flow and asset-based lending solutions to private equity groups and middle-market companies in North America. The firm invests in a broad range of industries including consumer products, manufacturing, and defense, but specifically avoids businesses requiring turnarounds, venture capital, and those relying on unproven technology. As well as providing mezzanine financing, the firm invests in special situations. OFS Capital Management does not invest in operational turnarounds or start-up businesses and real estate. In December 2013, OFS Capital acquired Tamarix Capital.
