Nykredit Asset Management

Established in 1985, Nykredit Asset Management (Nykredit) forms part of the Nykredit Group, a Denmark-headquartered hedge fund manager which offers a range of investment products including, but not limited to, commercial and mortgage banking, insurance, leasing, pension, and estate agency services in addition to other wealth management facilities. Banking and mortgage lending are Nykredit's core business areas, and in addition to being one of Denmark's lenders, it is also one of the private bond issuers in Europe. Nykredit's business is conducted through Nykredit Realkredit A/S which carries on mortgage banking and other business activities through its subsidiaries Totalkredit A/S, Nykredit Bank A/S, Nykredit Mægler A/S, and Nykredit Ejendomme A/S. All subsidiaries are wholly owned.
