Nordian Capital Partners, formerly Rabo Capital, focuses on a buyout, management buyout, management buy-in and carve-out investments in the Netherlands. The firm has no specific industry sector focus but prefers investments in food, healthcare, industrial and services. In 2012, Friesland Bank was acquired by Rabobank, and following this transaction, Friesland Bank Investments and Rabo Capital merged into Rabo Capital. In September 2014, Rabo Capital spun out of Rabobank and continued its buyout activity as Nordian Capital Partners. In 2019 Nordian raised its third Buy-out Fund (EUR 320m) with a pan-European investor base.
