Based in New York, New Providence Fund was founded as a fund of hedge funds manager with responsibility for sourcing, screening, hiring, and monitoring investment managers. In 2003, the partners purchased the fund’s management company, which subsequently added considerably to the firm’s resources, and founded New Providence Asset Management. In 2005, the firm redefined its mission to become a full-time outsourced investment office for tax-exempt organizations and high-net-worth individuals as an SEC-Registered Investment Advisor. New Providence Asset Management offers customized portfolio solutions as well as pooled funds for smaller clients such as endowments, foundations, individuals, and families.
