Logos Property is an Australia-based real estate firm, with operations across Australia, South Korea, China, Singapore, Indonesia, Malaysia, India and Vietnam. The firm focuses on opportunities in logistics, data centre and warehouse/distribution properties across Australia, South Korea, China, Singapore, Indonesia, Malaysia, India and Vietnam. The firm manages every aspect of logistics real estate, from sourcing land or facilities to development and asset management, on behalf of its investors. In 2014, Macquarie Infrastructure and Real Assets (MIRA) acquired an approximate 40% stake in Logos Property. In 2016, Ivanhoe Cambridge acquired a 35% stake in Logos Property from MIRA and Logos Property's management. MIRA and Logos Property's management still hold a majority stake of at least 65%. In March 2020, Singapore-based ARA Asset Management (ARA) acquired a majority stake in Logos Group and bought out the entire stake formerly held by MIRA. Post-acquisition, the firm will operate as ARA’s exclusive platform for logistics assets globally. With this acquisition, ARA transferred its holdings in ARA Trust Management and Cache Logistics Trust to Logos Group. Logos Group will continue to be managed independently of ARA’s other business units. In January 2022, ESR completed its acquisition of ARA Asset Management, including its subsidiary LOGOS.
