Liberty Street Advisors (LSA) is a New York-based alternative investment manager, founded in 2007, that offers mutual funds sub-advised by independent asset managers. LSA seeks to provide its investors access to multiple investment strategies that generate risk-adjusted returns throughout various market environments. In 2010, as the investment advisor, LSA created the Center Coast MLP Focus Fund (CCCNX), an open-ended alternative mutual fund that focused on midstream Master Limited Partnerships. In 2018, Brookfield Asset Management's Public Securities Group acquired CCCNX's sub-adviser and became its new investment advisor.
