LFPI Group is a private multi-strategy investment group, based in Europe. The group invests in private equity, private debt, real estate, and asset management in Europe and North America. Established in 2002, LFPI Group focuses on majority and minority leveraged buyout and growth investments in public equity companies (PIPE). The firm focuses on various sectors within the French economy, including food, healthcare, retail, construction, manufacturing, and services, with a preference for small to mid-sized businesses. LFPI Private Debt is LFPI Group's platform which finances all types of small and mid-cap companies in Western Europe with a particular focus on France and Germany. The group invests in senior debt (including bridge loans, new money, and unitranche financing), junior debt (mezzanine, high-yield, and FRNs) as well as non-performing loans. The Real estate firm was established in 2005, the firm focuses on opportunities in office, retail, residential and hotel properties across Austria, France, Germany and Italy.
