LakeView Asset Management

Founded in 2002, LakeView Asset Management (LVAM) is a Henderson, Nevada-based investment manager that focuses on customized individually managed separate accounts on behalf of institutional and high net worth investors. LVAM engages in equity, fixed income, and proprietary long/short strategies, including a sector-focused, equity-hedged vehicle investing in the food and restaurant industry sectors. The firm is client-focused and seeks to generate long-term returns in excess of a variety of widely quoted market indexes. LVAM is independent, privately held, and free from industry conflicts. Scott Rothbort is the founder and president of LakeView Asset Management. Prior to founding LakeView Asset Management in 2002, Scott managed and coordinated the secured funding and collateral management efforts for the Global Capital Markets Group and Corporate Treasury of Merrill Lynch, was a Director of the Merrill Lynch Global Equity Swaps business, and a key member of the team that developed the Global Equity Derivative Business at Merrill Lynch. Scott Rothbort has an MBA in Finance and International Business from the Stern School of Business of New York University and a B.S. in Economics from the Wharton School of Business of the University of Pennsylvania.
