Kingbird Investment Management ("Kingbird") is the real estate investment management arm of Grupo Ferré Rangel (“GFR”), a 100-year-old, fourth-generation family office. Hispanic and women-owned, Kingbird operates with a diverse team of professionals in Boston, New York, and San Juan, averaging 25 years of experience in the real estate investment management sector. GFR has over a 30-year history in successful commercial real estate investment, development, and asset management through various cycles since 1990. Kingbird’s institutionally experienced senior executive team has the multi-sector experience and relationships to source, underwrite and invest in opportunities across the capital stack in multifamily and adjacent asset classes, such as industrial and retail, that benefit from similar demographic trends, defensive characteristics, and which demonstrate similar risk reward and return profiles.
