KFH Asset Management

KFH Asset Management (KFHAM) provides asset and fund management services encompassing private equity, alternative investments and unit trusts. The firm's private equity strategies include both buyouts and PIPE investments. KFHAM is one of the core subsidiaries of Kuwait Finance House (Malaysia) (KFHMB), which is the wholly-owned subsidiary of Kuwait Finance House (KFH). Serving as the regional headquarters of KFH in the Asia Pacific region, KFHMB provides innovative Shariah-based financial solutions to its customers such as commercial, retail and consumer banking as well as treasury and services related to real estate through its offices and subsidiaries in the region. The other core subsidiary of KFHMB is Kuwait Finance House (Australia) that provides the full range of financial services of KFH in Australia which includes the origination and execution of investment opportunities, treasury and investment products as well as other marketing initiatives for the Group. In 2008, KFHAM launched its maiden buyout vehicle, Al Faiz Private Equity Fund. It is a Shariah-compliant fund which provides capital to South Asia, China and India-based established companies operating in a wide range of industries.
