Keppel Capital is a Singapore-based investment manager with three investment arms, Keppel Capital Alternative Asset (KCAA), Alpha Investment Partners (AIP), and Keppel Credit. KCAA, infrastructure fund management arm of Keppel Capital, looks to establish, offer and manage private funds targeting all types of infrastructure, including energy, renewable energy, social infrastructure, telecoms and transportation in the Asia Pacific region. AIP, the real estate arm of Keppel Capital, have investors that include pension plans, financial institutions, fund of funds, insurance companies and family offices from Europe, North America, Asia and the Middle East. AIP employs a wide range of strategies including core, core-plus, value added and opportunistic investments and targets acquisition, development, repositioning and active management of real estate properties. The firm targets apartment, industrial, office and retail properties across markets in Asia, Europe and Greater China. Keppel Credit, the private debt arm of Keppel Capital, offers bespoke private credit financing solutions across real asset sectors, such as infrastructure, renewables, transportation & offshore marine, environmental, industrial & logistics, digital, energy & natural resources, social and other infrastructure sectors.
