Japan-China Capital Partners (JCCP) is a Tokyo-based private equity firm focusing on growth capital opportunities primarily in Japan, China, and Southeast Asia. The firm seeks to deepen economic cooperation between Japan and China by providing growth funding to Japanese companies entering the Chinese market, Chinese companies developing business and trade relationships with Japan, and joint ventures between Japanese and Chinese companies. It also undertakes majority investments including buyout, carve-out, and joint venture investments. JCCP was established as a joint venture between Nomura Holdings, China Investment Corporation (CIC), Daiwa Securities Group, and other Japanese financial institutions.
