IP Investimenti e Partecipazioni (IP) is a private and independent investment company controlled by the Denegri family that operates in Europe and internationally. IP focuses on leveraged buyouts, management buy-outs, industrial spin-offs and turnarounds, including family businesses and family successions. The firm invests in industrial, commercial and service businesses, buying majority shareholdings or qualified minority shareholdings as co-investors.
