Invesco Private Capital (IPC) is a US-based private equity fund of funds, hedge fund and private debt division of Invesco Institutional, which offers institutions and high-net-worth individuals a range of asset management services. Invesco Institutional is a subsidiary of Invesco Ltd., a global investment manager. IPC has committed to private equity funds through discretionary separate account mandates and the fund of funds vehicles it has raised. A private equity company, has been operating as a wholly owned subsidiary of Invesco Ltd.
