Voya Corporate Investments, formerly known as ING Corporate Investments is a provider of equity and subordinated debt or mezzanine financing with a focus on large corporate firms and mid-market companies in the Benelux, though it also considers working with businesses which are already clients of ING outside of the Benelux. The firm approaches investments from a financing rather than a private equity perspective, and it does not seek control over the companies it invests in. The firm does not invest in start-ups or companies at introductory phase.
