Imalivest is a privately held investment group that was founded in 2004 for the sole purpose of proprietary investments by Anton Botha, Wilrich Schroeder, and Johan van Reenen. In 2006 the firm introduced its asset management operations with the offering of the Imalivest Flexible Fund.
