Hayfin Capital Management is a London-based private debt firm. The firm provides lending solutions to middle-market companies and asset management services to institutional clients. In January 2017, British Columbia Investment Management (BCI), a Canadian institutional investor, agreed to acquire a majority stake in the firm. BCI and the Hayfin team are the only two owners of the company. Hayfin Capital Management is also a London-based private equity fund of funds firm. The firm targets diversified industries in North America, Europe, Middle East, and North Africa.
