Hawkeye Partners is a real estate investment manager that invests since 2004. The firm sponsors and develops new and emerging managers through the Scout Program with the goal of incubating the next generation of investment managers that can work directly with investors. These new managers include establishing real estate operators and developers that have not traditionally have an access to discretionary capital and highly experienced break out groups from opportunity funds, REITs and financial institutions that have recently formed their own investment firms. Hawkeye’s real estate vehicles invest with fund managers as the sole LP, in a similar style to separate accounts, offering a more hybrid structure than traditional fund of funds vehicles.
