Greenwave Capital Management was a discretionary global macro hedge fund manager founded by Jamie Charles in 2007. Charles previously worked as a senior portfolio manager at Denali Asset Management and previously founded two other money management companies, Insight Capital and Endurance Capital Management. He has additional trading experience from Bank of America, Credit Suisse First Boston, Citi and ABN Amro. The firm deployed a robust and repeatable two-step investment process that identified market themes through fundamental analysis and pinpointed optimal timing and trade location through multiple layers of technical studies. The firm closed in March 2022.
