Golub Capital LLC (together with its affiliates, "Golub Capital" or the “Firm”) is a lender to U.S. middle market companies, with over $90 billion in capital under management as of January 1, 2026.* The Firm was established in 1994 and has invested in U.S. middle market companies for over 30 years. The Firm primarily focuses on originating first lien first-out senior secured floating rate loans to U.S. middle market companies backed by partnership-oriented private equity sponsors. Golub Capital manages a range of credit-focused investment vehicles, including private limited partnerships, business development companies and separately managed accounts. The Firm’s investment clients include public and corporate pension plans, insurance companies, endowments, foundations, family offices and high net worth individuals.
