Frogmore is a UK-focused, fully integrated real estate investment manager. It offers investors solutions across non-listed vehicles, customized separate accounts, and through co-investment. Founded in 1961, Frogmore has more than 60 years’ experience of investing in UK commercial real estate. It pursues an active value creation strategy across multiple sectors including retail, office, residential, industrial, and alternatives such as hotels, retirement homes, student housing, and data centres. Frogmore specialises in income producing assets with active real estate asset management potential, property refurbishment and selective development opportunities; to drive its Funds’ performance in line with return expectations and risk limits. Based in London with a team of 25 people, Frogmore carries out all aspects of origination, asset management, property development and debt finance in-house. The current senior team has vast experience of UK property investment and has carried out over £7bn of transactions since 1995. In 2006, Frogmore launched its first opportunistic co-mingled real estate fund, Frogmore Real Estate Partners L.P. (FREP I) and closed it with c£330m in investor commitments. Its successor fund (FREP II) raised in 2009, closed at c£195m. Both FREP I and FREP II are fully invested and realised. Frogmore(FREP III) raised c£400m in equity commitments globally and is a 2014 vintage. Frogmore’s fourth, UK-focused, value add fund (FREP IV), is looking to take advantage of potential market location in the UK in the short term.
