Fiera Capital, formerly known as Palmer Capital (PCP) is an investment management company that provides direct real estate investment opportunities to institutional investors and high net worth investors and a UK property venture capital company and institutional fund manager based in London but also has an office in Munich from where both venture capital and fund management functions are carried out across western and central Europe. The business has two distinct divisions – minority shareholdings in property asset and development management companies (Asset Management Platform) and the fund management of pooled or segregated property vehicles (Funds Management Platform). These platforms provide Fiera Capital with the capability to source and execute property transactions from the asset management platform and to fund and structure these with the investors whose capital it manages in its Fund Management Platform or utilize equity from its own balance sheet. The firm has an energy business that invests in three operational and accredited UK solar parks. The firm focuses on managing commercial real estate, industrial, and logistic properties across North America and Europe and is also committed to sustainable investing. The firm strategies are comprised of institutional-grade retail, office, industrial and multi-residential properties across major markets in Canada and the UK.
