Eureka - Real Assets, formerly known as Eureka Funds Management, is an Australia-based real estate firm with a focus on domestic property assets. Established in 2004, the firm manages single account mandates and pooled investments funds on behalf of its institutional clients. The Australian institution also invests in both direct properties and real estate debt. Eureka – Real Assets targets a range of properties, including office, retail, industrial and hotel assets. The firm acquires and employs an active approach in managing its properties in order to maximize assets’ returns. On 2016, Eureka - Real Assets had been acquired by AXA Investment Managers - Real Assets.
