Emirates NBD Asset Management

Established in Q3 2006, Emirates NBD Asset Management is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Emirates NBD Bank PJSC, which gives it the advantage of having strong ties with one of the largest banks in the MENA region. However, as an independent asset management division of the bank, the company has its board of directors, investment policies, and regulatory oversight, ensuring a certain level of autonomy. They are located in the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) and are regulated by the Dubai Financial Services Authority (DFSA). They offer both conventional and Shari'a-compliant funds, and the funds they manage are domiciled in Jersey (regulated by the Jersey Financial Services Commission), Luxembourg (controlled by the Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier), and the Cayman Islands (regulated by the Cayman Islands Monetary Authority).
