(Gao Fei), DAC is the only foreign entity to be granted a distressed asset servicing license for capital recovery and general workouts across China. Managing all aspects of asset management and servicing, merchant banking, and corporate advisory in-house, DAC has a unique understanding of enforcement, verification, and observation gleaned from over 15 years of experience. DAC sources, values, and manages assets across the credit spectrum, including non-performing loans (NPLs), distressed real estate, distressed equity, credit enhancement products, high-yield loans, and structured credits. The firm’s principals first entered China in 2001 and have since managed and/or serviced approximately $750 million of distressed assets.
