Cross Ocean Partners is an infrastructure firm and investment adviser that focuses on special situation credit investment opportunities in a broad range of asset classes, including corporate loans and bonds, hard assets, commercial real estate, liquidations, and structured credit. Cross Ocean has offices in Greenwich, Connecticut, Dublin, Ireland, and London, England. The company was formed as a partnership between the Cross Ocean management team and Stone Point Capital. The firm's strategies include European credit, which seeks senior secured loan opportunities in the European secondary market; U.S. Credit, which predominantly targets senior secured corporate loans and bonds in the U.S. secondary market; Global aviation, which looks to invest in late-life commercial engines, aircraft and related assets or debt secure on these assets. Cross Ocean Partners acquired Bosphorus CLO from Commerzbank in December 2021. The acquisition included the Bosphorus European CLO platform, its three CLOs, and a five-person team.
