Crestpoint is a commercial real estate investment manager dedicated to providing investors with direct access to commercial real estate assets. Crestpoint is owned by Crestpoint Real Estate Investments Partnership (“CREIP”), which in turn is 50% owned by CC&L Financial Group and 50% owned by its four partners; Kevin Leon, Colin MacKellar, Max Rosenfeld and Blake Steels. Ownership levels are reviewed annually by the Crestpoint Board; as the business grows, Crestpoint would expect broader share ownership within the Crestpoint investment team. Crestpoint does not foresee any changes in the near future.
