CP Capital US Partners, formerly known as HQ Capital Real Estate, is a US-based real estate firm that invests on behalf of institutional clients and high net worth individuals. The firm sponsors funds and develops separate accounts focused on acquisition, joint venture development or programmatic investments with real estate developers. Since its inception, the company has invested in $14.9 billion of real estate across the U.S. with a focus on the coastal markets. In total, the company has invested in 331 projects representing approximately 71,000 residential units and 21 million square feet of commercial space. Investments have consisted of existing and to-be-built apartment, office, industrial, retail and mixed-use properties. In addition to its funds and separate accounts, CP Capital offers third party asset management services to real estate owners. Last August 2021, HQ Capital Real Estate has been formally rebranded to CP Capital. HQ Capital Real Estate announced that it has closed transactions with Concord Pacific and Paragon Real Estate Advisors and has been rebranded to CP Capital.
