Conundrum Capital

Conundrum Capital is a Canada-based real estate firm that targets the acquisition and management of real estate assets. Conundrum Capital also manages private real estate funds. The firm targets opportunities in commercial, residential, self-storage, and hospitality properties across Canada. Certain entities under the Conundrum Capital Corporation umbrella were reorganized in 2016, resulting in DRG Holdings Partnership becoming the residential asset investment vehicle for the Conundrum group. In June 2016, a new entity called Q Management LP ("QMLP") was formed. It is a real estate asset management entity and is a partnership between Conundrum Capital Corporation (“Conundrum”) and Manulife Asset Management Private Markets (“MAMPM”), a division of Manulife Financial Corporation (“Manulife”), to engage in the Canadian multi-family residential sector. It also offers property management services through its wholly-owned subsidiary, Q Residential LP (“Q Residential”). Currently, DRG Holdings Partnership and Manulife own 51% and 49% of QMLP respectively. Q Residential Property Income Fund V will be marketed under the QMLP name.
