Founded in 2012, Coherence Capital's flagship fund, the Coherence Long/Short Credit Fund is a liquid, diversified long/short credit strategy that invests in corporate issuers primarily in North America and Europe. The Fund's unconstrained approach seeks to capitalize on both improving and deteriorating changes in credit valuations and ratings trajectories. The strategy focuses on investment grade, crossover, and high yield corporate credits. The Fund places a premium on risk-adjusted absolute returns, capital preservation, and low volatility of returns. The portfolio management team views the fixed income universe as an extension of the equity markets. In October 2023, the Lazard Coherence Long/Short Credit Master Fund, Ltd., along with the entire Coherence Capital management team, joined Tiptree Advisors, LLC, a credit focused asset manager. Tiptree Advisors is in partnership with Tiptree Inc. (NASDAQ: TIPT).
