ClariVest Asset Management

Established in Q1 of 2006, ClariVest Asset Management (ClariVest) is a hedge fund management firm based in California. The firm employs fundamental bottom-up analysis techniques for stock selection and places heavy emphasis on risk control. ClariVest manages domestic and international global equity portfolios that pursue long-only and long/short investment strategies. The firm was majority-owned by active employees, with Eagle Asset Management owning 45% of ClariVest. On 1st April 2019, Eagle Asset Management bought all shares of Clarivest. Eagle Asset Management is wholly owned by Raymond James Investment Management. Both the firms are operating independently as subsidiaries of Raymond James Investment Management.
