CEI is a certified Community Development Financial Institution with over 40 years of experience working in low-income communities. The Boulos Company is Northern New England's largest integrated commercial real estate firm. Together, as CEI-Boulos Capital Management, the joint-venture fund manager makes socially impactful Qualified Opportunity Zone investments that are also eligible for Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) accreditation. These investments are intended to create good jobs, provide affordable/workforce housing to low-income individuals, develop environmentally sustainable buildings, support “Main Street” revitalization and historic preservation, and provide shared space and services to non-profits.
