Currently Caerus has a select client base of family offices and several institutional joint ventures in an operating partner model. Caerus focuses on core and core-plus income producing real estate that has solid fundamentals. We provide investment management services and fund products primarily through separately managed accounts and unlisted investment funds across all major real estate asset classes to a diverse set of institutional and individual clients.
