Bridging Finance

Bridging Finance, established in 2012, is a privately held Canadian company providing middle-market North American companies with alternatives to the financing options offered by traditional lenders. Bridge Finance's funds are used to address short-term needs, including restructuring existing debt, providing working capital for growth, supporting inventory purchases and capital expenditures, and acquisitions/buyouts. In November 2013, Bridging launched the Bridging Credit Fund LP, which was later renamed to Sprott Bridging Income Fund LP after partnering with Ninepoint Partners (formerly, Sprott Asset Management) in July 2014 for Fund distribution purposes. The Fund, now Bridging Income Fund, has since been placed under Bridging Finance's management.
