Black Creek is headquartered in Denver with regional offices located in key target markets across North America. The Firm’s vertically integrated platform includes 300+ employees, including regionally-based acquisitions, development, and asset management teams. Black Creek Group U.S. focuses on industrial real estate, with investments and local offices in major highway, rail, sea, and air transportation hubs across the U.S. For the past 8 years, Black Creek has been one of the top 3 buyers of U.S. industrial real estate, overseeing USD 9.6 billion in total industrial property acquisitions and development and USD 1.2 billion on average annually. Since its inception, the firm has acquired, developed, and managed approximately USD 21+ billion of industrial properties, comprised of approximately 210 million square feet and 1,198 buildings.
