Berkshire Residential Investments is a privately-held investment management company known for its innovative, vertically-integrated operating platform and over 56 years of experience in U.S. residential real estate. Berkshire makes investments throughout the capital stack and across the risk spectrum. Berkshire, a registered investment advisor, is headquartered in Boston and has offices in Atlanta, Dallas, and San Francisco with over 800 employees.
