Headquartered in Mauritius, Atyant Capital Management (ACML) is the hedge fund manager for the Atyant Capital India Fund-I (ACIF-I the fund) which is a Mauritius-domiciled investment fund focused on publicly traded Indian equities. In addition to ACIF-I, ACML provides investment management services to institutions via separately managed accounts (SMAs). SMAs are managed pari passu with ACIF-I. The firm was founded in Q3 of 2005 and the fund was launched in October 2005 with a small base of capital. The fund's strategy is value-oriented with an emphasis on investing in undervalued Indian equities. Atyant Capital Management’s funds are restricted to institutions and accredited individual investors.
