Ardian is an independent private investment firm headquartered in Paris with offices around the world. The firm provides tailored private equity, infrastructure, real estate, and private debt investment solutions through commingled fund-of-funds programs, separately managed accounts, and direct funds. Through its investments, the firm aims to address four sustainability priorities: climate change; diversity & equal opportunities; profit sharing; and governance & ethics. Ardian’s infrastructure strategy focuses on buyout and expansion/late-stage investments targeting sectors including transport, energy, renewables, telecoms, and social infrastructure, primarily in Europe, and North and South America. With regards to real estate, it focuses on opportunities in commercial, including offices and other non-residential real estate assets, primarily across France, Germany, Spain, and Italy. Formerly known as AXA Private Equity, Ardian was created after its spin-out from French insurance company AXA in 2013.
