Abbott Capital Management is an investment adviser registered with the US Securities and Exchange Commission. The firm has an objective of providing long-term continuity and accountability to private equity portfolio management. The firm provides tailored investment solutions through commingled fund of funds programs and separately managed accounts. It also invests on behalf of its clients through primary fund commitments and secondary investments. In 1995, Abbott developed its first diversified commingled fund to provide customizable core private equity solutions. It also manages the Abbott Capital annual program funds, a series of commingled vehicles organized by Abbott each year and is designed to provide institutional investors with the ability to participate in private equity investments through the creation of diversified portfolios of buyout, special situations, venture capital and growth funds.
