Founded in 1974 and based in Massachusetts, US, Valley Fibers Corporation, doing business as WEBS - America's Yarn Store, was originally located in Barbara Barbara Elkins's basement, founder of the firm. The platform also offers learning classes and knitting videos that enables users to learn new knitting design and techniques. The Valley Yarns© and WEBS© are the trademarks of Valley Fibers Corporation. As of 2021, WEBS - America's Yarn Store was acquired by LoveCrafts and will continue to provide services in knitting, crochet, weaving, and spinning. The acquisition will allow LoveCrafts to develop the content, commerce, and community platform for crafts of WEBS - America's Yarn Store.
