For patients, Teleme charges RM 10 per call/chat for a General Practitioner and RM 20 per chat for the services of a Specialist.
The firm charges RM 300 per month from Health Practitioners and Pharmacy Outlets. Additionally, the firm levies a first-time setup fee of RM 500 lab providers.
