The deal was completed in March 2026. TC Transcontinental Packaging operates 25 production facilities across North America, Latin America, the United Kingdom, and New Zealand. These facilities focus on processes such as extrusion, printing, lamination, converting, and recycling. The company produces flexible packaging products for sectors including dairy, coffee, meat and poultry, pet food, agriculture, beverages, home and personal care, consumer goods, and medical applications.
The acquisition in December 2025 will support TC Transcontinental Packaging to further expand its packaging manufacturing capabilities.
