Mobysoft's products include RentSense, RentSense Lite, and RentSense Modules. RentSense is a predictive analytic tool used in welfare reform mitigation, revenue maximization, cash flow expansion, arrears reduction, and collection rated expansion.
RentSense Lite helps smaller landlords, with limited resources to maximize and protect their revenuestreams. And, RentSense Modules is a modular solution that helps landlords in their performance reporting, daily processing, auto-escalation, and managing former tenants' arrears.
