Founded in 2024 and based in Chengdu, China, Sichuan Microd Medical Technology Co. , Ltd. , trading as MICROD, is a medical diagnostic equipment developer, dedicated to the sales and technical services of medical equipment and consumables. Founded by a microfluidic technology team from Sichuan University and an expert team from the Department of Nuclear Medicine at West China Hospital of Sichuan University, the company aims to overcome existing technological bottlenecks and pioneer the application of microfluidic technology in nuclear medicine.

In November 2025, MICROD closed an Angel funding from new investor Sichuan Development Industry Led Equity Investment Fund Management, Mairui, Shaanxi Provincial Government Investment Guidance Fund Management Co. , Ltd, Western Advanced Technology Achievement Transformation (Chengdu) Co. , Ltd, and Chengdu Guosheng Innovation Technology Service Co. , Ltd.

Its main products cover dialysis access intervention, peripheral and oncology intervention, and in vitro diagnostic equipment and consumables, applied in the fields of medical diagnosis and treatment. The company generates revenue by doing R&D and providing medical diagnostic equipment and other related services. The Angel funding raised in November 2025 will be used for the development of precise and controllable high-load radiopharmaceutical projects and the construction of a radiopharmaceutical pilot-scale platform.
