Founded in 1999 and based in Maine, US, Logically, Inc., formerly Winxnet, Inc., provides IT-based consulting and outsourcing services to small and midsize organizations. The company's CEO is Mike Cowles. In 2018, Winxnet and K&R Network Solutions (KRNS) merged to form the company. In 2019, Logically made a couple of acquisitions, acquiring Sullivan Data Management, Carolinas IT and IQ Technology to expand its customer base and technical team. The expansion continued in 2020 with the acquisition of Personal Computer Resources (PCR) to bolster Logically, Inc.'s East Coast presence. The company now has operations across the US, tapping markets in various states including Maine, Massachusetts, California, Nevada, Minnesota, New York, Connecticut, Tennessee and North Carolina. In January 2021, Logically made another acquisition, acquiring a managed IT services provider based in Minneapolis, US, called NG2. The company primarily operates as an MSP (managed service provider) to small and midsize organizations. It offers solutions including managed IT services, audit services, compliance services, managed security services, and IT strategy and planning. The company provides cloud services such as cloud assessments, hosting, migration roadmaps, system design (hybrid, public, private), cloud backup and disaster recovery, secure file sharing, and encrypted email. Logically also offers a security suite that provides complete security solutions, endpoint detection and response with security information event management, internal and external vulnerability assessment solution, and security awareness training. Logically also provides Office365 services, assisting clients with assessments, migration services, solutions analysis, scope and design, data integration, security and compliance, and access and identity management. Logically, Inc. continues to expand its footprint across the US through acquisitions. Following the takeover of NG2 in January 2021, it provides the company the chance to serve the Midwest region.
