In 2020, for the fourth consecutive year, Iguá Saneamento was named a great company to work for by Great Place to Work (GPTW) and as of April 2021, it has 1,500 employees. The company, through its concessions and public-private partnerships, provides water and sewage solutions such as water production and distribution, and sewage collection and treatment services. The firm generates revenue by providing its water and sewage services. In its fiscal year 2020, the company had revenue of BRL 758 million and an EBITDA of BRL 239 million. The company plans to use part of the 2021 investment proceeds to finance Igua's participation in auctions of new licenses to operate water services and privatizations of sanitation companies in Brazil.
