Established in 2011 and based in Fuzhou, China, FuJian Z.K. Litecore, Ltd. is an electronics company engaged in the design and epitaxial wafers, chips, butterfly devices, and optical modules. The Founder, Hui Su graduated from Wuhan University and is a research group leader and doctoral supervisor at FJIRSM. The production lines cover epitaxial growth of wafers by MOCVD, Nano/micro processing of chips and device packaging, and burn-in and life-test system. The main products are InP-based epi-wafers, chips, TO CANs, optical devices, etc. It also provides data center solutions, FTTX solutions, DWDM solutions, and 5G bearer network solutions. The company will use the funds for capacity expansion of 25G DFB optical chips, modules for 5G base stations and data centers, and tunable series products.
