In the early stage of its business, it mainly provided professional quality services and supply chain management services for world-renowned brands in the automotive industry. In 2018, the company changed its business strategy to the field of computer vision AI applications. It has more than 200 intellectual property rights. In September 2023, Fitow raised over CNY 100 million in strategic investment from new investors Haichuang Tiancheng Capital, Tianjin Binhai Industry Fund Management, and Yuzi Zhangquan Fund. The company works with car manufacturers and suppliers to provide intelligent detection hardware and AI vision data software including process quality monitoring, data analysis for production, equipment, and process optimization modelling. In 2021, the company successfully applied its business model, and AI detection experience to the pharmaceutical industry, chemical fibre industry, and machining industry.
