Based in Kyiv, Ukraine and founded in 2012 by Andrew Skrypnyk, Oleg Malenkov and Vlad Tislenko, Concepter is an Ukrainian Company that creates its own gadgets and also promotes and consults various product start-ups to design and develop their tech. The company has won many prestigious international awards such as the Red Dot Design Award, Best of CES, etc. In February 2021, the engineering team of Concepter was acquired by Ajax Systems, a smart security systems developer to boost its growth and engineering capabilities. The company's developers became members of various R&D teams at Ajax Systems to work on their new devices. The company offers product strategy, industrial design, mechanical design, electrical engineering, prototyping and production consulting services for their customers and also has over 20 products in its portfolio such as the Nect, iBlazr 2, Nuka, and iGlam. The company’s future growth plans include an acceleration program that partners with local businesses through which funding, mentoring and technical support has been provided to various emerging Ukrainian start-ups.
