The company generates revenue by partnering with formulators, academic institutions, and crop growers to provide insect mating disruption products for pest management. The March 2021 funding will help BioPhero ApS accelerate its first product, a pheromone combination targeting rice and soybean pests. The financing will also extend further R&D for additional products.
